What counts as a "device"?
Any machine where you install and activate Nova — desktop, laptop, office machine, VM. Nova counts active activations per license.
Can I deactivate devices?
Yes — your customer area lets you retract any device at any time. The slot becomes free immediately.
What happens after 14 days?
Your subscription continues normally. You can cancel any time in the Paddle portal — access ends at the period boundary.
Are inference costs included?
No. Nova uses your own OpenAI / Anthropic API key — you pay them directly and keep full control.
VAT, invoice, EU compliance?
Paddle is Merchant of Record. They handle EU VAT, US sales tax, and invoicing. You receive a compliant invoice automatically by email.
